Gregory J. Longley
- Associate Lawyer

“Gregory embarked on his legal career journey at Lockyer + Hein LLP as a Law Clerk in Family Law in October 2021 after earning his law degree at the University of Sussex School of Law in the United Kingdom. Concurrently, he pursued his NCA accreditation exams with the Federation of Law Societies of Canada before completing his Articles and becoming an Associate Lawyer.

Throughout his tenure at LH Law, Gregory diligently immersed himself in the nuances of the Canadian legal system, nurturing his understanding of the judicial process and adeptly navigating legal complexities. This included assisting clients towards achieving a resolution in their Family Law matters, building client relationships, applying case law and statute law to individual legal matters, and navigating the intricacies of the Family Law Rules and the Rules of Civil Procedure.

Before delving into law, Gregory earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and completed a Law Clerk diploma at Seneca College. These foundational experiences equipped him with invaluable skills in legal research, document production, and drafting legal pleadings.

In his leisure time, Gregory finds solace in reading, cheering on the Blue Jays during summer games, and enjoying an array of outdoor activities, from canoeing, running and tennis to testing his resilience and self-composure on the golf course.”
